Hi Karen, just an FYI – in Asia crossed chopsticks are considered bad luck (symbolic of death). I’m looking forward to trying this out and as Darlynne posted above, it looks deliciously adaptable to lots of different proteins. Beautifully photographed too!

I bet this would be great for beef, too, or shrimp, but I am definitely a fan of chicken thighs. And I love to eat standing over the stove. Thanks!
