Like all of you visiting SoupAddict.com today, I prowl the foodie blogs to see what everyone is doing in the kitchen. I’m insatiably curious. And sometimes just plain nosy.
Quite often, I’m compelled to immediately recreate what I find (patience is not one of my strong suits), but if that recipe was freshly posted, I don’t want to post about it, too, because likely you — SoupAddict’s readers — have already seen that same blog, the same dish, and posted about it yourself.
My compromise is to do a sort of cover band thing in this new section of SoupAddict.com: an abbreviated post, with photos but little commentary of the process. If it’s listed here, you can bet I enjoyed it, and I’ll hope you’ll check it out as well.
