1part peppercorn blend,freshly ground (black, white and green peppercorns are nice)
1part cayenne pepper(or use a pinch for just a touch of heat)
Combine all ingredients. Done! Store in an airtight container.
Use this recipe to make as much as you want: for example, replace "part(s)" with tablespoon to make enough to fill a small container and store. Or, use a half teaspoon as the "part" to make just enough for the typical recipe.
