Add all ingredients except vinegar to a stain-proof, sealable container, like a mason jar. Top with enough ACV to cover all ingredients. Seal tightly and leave sit on the counter for 4 to 6 weeks. Shake the container daily. Strain the liquid into another jar (discard the pulp, or use for another purpose), and seal. Store in a cool, dry spot. Consume 1 to 2 tablespoons daily (mixed with agave or honey, if you like) when you feel under the weather.
