25 Amazing Thanksgiving Leftovers Recipes

I think it’s safe to say that now, the day before Thanksgiving, the holiday season is officially here. Are you ready?

25 Amazing Thanksgiving Leftovers Recipes from Fun and delicious recipes to use up all of those Thanksgiving leftovers!

I’m one of those “sides” people who prefer to fill up on all the goodies, like stuffing, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, and cranberry sauce (the real stuff). Sure, turkey’s great and all, but, in my book, Thanksgiving is all about the sides.

Oh, yeah, and about the family togetherness and closeness and all the heart-felt gratitude.

“I’m grateful for the person who first roasted a potato and then mashed it to smoosh with some butter, salt, and sour cream.”

I may or may not be quoting someone from my own family. Or myself. I’ll never tell.

Anyhoos, I like sides, so leftovers are no problemo, because I don’t fix stuffing everyday or every week, or every even month, and I don’t mind eating Thanksgiving stuffing three days straight (sometimes right out of the storage bowl while leaning against the fridge).

But I know there are youse alls out there who have not just leftovers, but leftovers!, yards and yards of them, and need something else do with all of the leftovers! other than repeat the full-blown Thanksgiving dinner every other night for two weeks.

So, I’ve gathered up some of the most interesting and mouthwatering recipes I found on Pinterest this month. Let’s hop to it!

Grilled Cheese, Paninis, and All Other Manner of Things on Bread

I also am grateful for the first potato roaster who turned into a potato smasher and and and----laughing. Wonder roster of delectable dishes that don't look or taste like leftovers at all.
